I actually didn't know that this was legal to do in the U.S.
14 0 ReplyThere aren't a lot of jurisdictions in the world that ban the sale or display of the swastika (in Nazi-supporting circumstances). Australia and Germany are the only ones that come to mind, and Australia has only done so very recently (this year).

8 0 ReplyI didn't know, but that makes sense. My state in Aus also went further and banned the salute, and has actually prosecuted people under that law.

Most states banned the salute. The federal govt recently banned it too, with mandatory incarceration.
