Using MOVIES as an example is hilarious...ticket sales haven't come close to rebounding after COVID. Seems there are a lot of people who already took it out of their budget to make room for groceries!
I remember when I was visiting Australia back 2009 I think and bananas were about $16 aud/kg. We were paying about $0.90 USD/lb. So if we multiply by 2.2 to convert to kilo and assume $1 AUD = $0.70 USD, it works out to $2.82 AUD/kg.
