This is what a comment from the 2019 YCombinator user says. Is the infrastructure still that bad?

I'm trying to buy matches, not a lighter. I thought they'd be near the cash register, but I'm yet to ever see them there. Any help? I want the regular small ones, since I only use them to light up my incenses.
