New Balance do some of their models in 4E width (which I wear). Having said that, I think NB's sizing runs very narrow in general, so 4E to me feels slightly wide rather than very wide.
Don't worry, I'm a senior developer too and if I can do it, anyone can.
Serious answer though: there's always a lot of learning in the first few months of a job. You can be senior in one job but then walk into another and half the things you knew that made you senior in the previous job are no longer relevant. But that's ok, you just have to be willing to learn.
Personally for me, when my calves get tight I tend to over-pronate. It's not really about being aware of it when walking/running, it's just that my ankle doesn't have enough flexibilty so my body finds that flexibilty by collapsing the ankle inwards instead. But it can be caused by weakness as well, in the ankle and/or the hips. If you're concerned, it's worth seeing a physical therapist who should be able to help you figure out what causes the over-pronation for you personally.
Yes, it runs very well. The only problem is that the launcher can be a bit flakey but I suspect that's not specific to the Deck.
GTA Chinatown Wars (PSP version) on my Steam Deck. I tried GTAV first and found it a bit lackluster (it's very well made, but it didn't really grab me), then thought I'd try Chinatown Wars instead and I've been surprised how much I'm enjoying it.
Absolutely yes, Warband is tons of fun and there's no other game quite like it. The mods are great too, I've put so many hours into Floris and Prophesy of Pendor.
