I actually like mine. 4k on clearance for $300 for a 55" 3 uears ago. HD version was more. Menus suck and remote on/off is IR only, but I can make do.
I mean. I have a lot of guns (mostly inherited), but mu family taught me safety, storage, etc. No crazy mods, just magazines, grips and such. Meanwhile my friends when they turned 18 were packing in their pants and shooting eouble barreled derringers and shit. Another friend and I took them to a range and had to teach them safety so they wouldn't hurt themselves.

So I'm reading idiot who can't read a situation and who is super scared, also has shit trigger discipline and as a result a kid was injured and possibly damaged for life... we really need to at the very least make training a requirement, even just a written exam would help...
Fun story. My FIL couldn't afford to travel to our wedding. I loaned him 3k for travel and a tux and hotel fare for his family. That Christmas we got one of those books from Ollies titled "500 ways to save money" from him. I lost the fight to send it back with torn out pages and a note that would say "1-500. Don't lend money to family".
Vax doesn't prevent it unfortunately, but makes it a cakewalk (in my case anyhow)

Definitely not. 1) That's a tree. 2) Strawberries grow low to ground and spread out on running stems. 3) Like you said, berries look too good. Also, leaves look way different on all strawberry varieties, like 3 little saw blades.

This. Banks, airlines, and I'm sure others, getting bailouts. Capitalism means risks, right? I'm tired of seeing companies getting handouts because they made poor choices, while we still don't have free or even discounted, healthcare. Socialism is in play, but it's being used for the rich.

Not 100% in this one. I live in WV, USA. I want a second opinion, since the leaves on this are larger than what my PlantNet shows it is. I wont say what so no bias. It popped up and isn't a native.
A place to share
So after leaving Spez's toilet, I decided since I found a helpful group there I'd start one here to maybe help other guys the way that one helped me.
Story time: my wife had pre eclampsia with our daughter. She came close to dying and my girl was born premature by 4 weeks. Fast forward a few years and abortion (even high risk) is no more. My wife is very likely to die unless a pregnancy goes 100% perfect. So we decided snippy snip time. I had held off cause surgeries scare me shitless. Anyhow, most guys who had it done said it wasn't that bad. I prepared - tylenol, ibuprofen, 3 bags of peas, stupid strap thing, did a shave. I went in nervous despite the 2 pills of Valium. Felt slightly buzzed but walked myself upstairs while my family parked the car. Went in, 15 min later I finally got to go back (buzz was wearin off), they prepped me, gave me 2 shots, 15 min later done. I gotta say though, there were moments where it felt my balls were in a vice. The sharp pains could be managed with more anesthesia, but those weren't that bad. Then doc grabs my strap, helps me out, then waves bye. That was yesterday. It was an hour drive back, no pain. I iced when I got home anyway, relaxed. No work today or tomorrow, so lots of chilling. Still no pain really, nor bruising. I am taking ibuprofen to make sure I'm good, but just 4 total per day. Only pain I get is occasional stings, like sweat bees. So so far so good.
Day 4 Doing good still. Itchy as hell cause the shave. Been doing normal homestead stuff. Had to reinforce our henhouse due to a racoon breach and kill off one chicken. Probably doing more than I should but no pain at all now, haven't had any painkillers for 48 hours now. I've been sleeping on the couch so I can lay on my back and snore away (laying sideways puts on pressure and that does hurt a smidge). Weekend is up tomorrow and I start my 10 hr shifts sitting in a chair all day taking phone calls. Should be fine, though.
