The plan is solid, but forgive me if I give it a few years of "wait and see" how well they keep their word and more importantly handle work place allegations and changes before I re-subscribe to the channel. Still a good plan and I hope it's a sincere one.

Can confirm I also had to tap 4-5 times on the comments icon/count before I got it right. Otherwise it took me to the community and not the post. In my experience I had to tap below the actual number to get it to work.
I'll add that from what I can tell (and been trying to be as off hands as possible) the community is positive and there literally hasn't been any instance that requires mod's intervention nor any reports... My wish is to not censor or mod anything if at all possible. Still not familiar with lemmy mod tools but I know that if this community grows there will need to be more mods and the problem there is who those mods will be - they have to be impartial and as hands-off as possible... But I think when that time comes the community will best chose who they wish to be mods.

Home Page automatically floods with posts every few seconds, shifting content downwards
Anyone else find it extremely annoying and downright unusable that the home page (when sorted to get HOT posts from ALL communities - probably other sort options too) automatically refreshes every few seconds and just shifts the contents downwards?
It's dizzying - any way to turn this off? I can refresh the page manually when I'm done reading through the topics should I want to...
One Piece manga is on hiatus until July 2023
Oda sensei is having surgery for his astigmatism (eye condition). Oda sensei noted that his astigmatism has caused his vision to be blurry and has been affecting his work.
The next chapter will be in the WSJ issue that releases July 18th, 2023.
We wish Oda sense a speedy recovery and we hope he takes all the time he needs to recover to full health.
