"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again."
I agree 100%. I enjoyed it and made sense to me. Wasn't as bad as people make it out to be.
There are dozens of us! I hate dry or crunchy cereal. Soggy cereal is best cereal
Same here! I generally enjoyed season 1, though the last episodes were a bit of a letdown (due to Covid). Season 2 has been stellar and improved upon almost everything.
I've read the books, and to my own surprise, I'm okay with the changes they've made. I might get some criticism for this, but I think the show is doing some things better than the books. They've kept the spirit of the books alive, even with all the major changes they've introduced, IMO.
I agree with both of you. I was hoping Starfield would be a mix of both, but sadly, it isn't
Nice! That's good to know. I was actually waiting for feedback on how it runs on the steam deck before taking the plunge (since that's where I'm planning to play it most of the time). As long as it's playable, I think it should be good.
Did you get a chance to try Starfield yet? I'm on the fence, at least until there are some performance fixes.
Then you didn't watch Eragon. Lucky
Yes, I'm excited too!
I agree 100%. They do extremely important work, but this was extremely shortsighted and a bad judgment call on their part.
Man, this reminds me of "Don't Look Up" and it sucks.
I agree, The Batman was amazing

I have been trying to subscribe to lemmy.ml/c/apple using my account on lemmy.ca, however I get a 404 error when I visit lemmy.ca/c/[email protected]
Other communities work fine and I'm able to subscribe. Just curious what could be the issue. Do I need to wait for the community to be made "available" on lemmy.ca?
