I'm reading The Worst Journey in the World by Apsley Cherry-Garrard. Absolutely recommend, it paints a really good picture about the first Arctic explorations. It also gives you a great perspective on how comfortable and safe our lives are.
I really like that book, but I hope you know spanish, otherwise it could be a bit difficult for you. I was able to drastically improve my motorcycle riding skills, but I read mine in english, so it might be a bit different, not sure.
I really hope that they manage to scale up and that it disrupts the meat industry. Beside better ethical and environmental footprint, meat also requires vast amounts of land. Imagine returning all that land back to nature and perhaps use some of it for housing. This would mitigate so many issues.
I have been using it for the past 6 months and it has been amazing. It's similar to Obsidian, but can be self hosted and has some great features. Definitely recommend!
These kinds of things always remind me to live in the moment, you never know when you are doing something or with someone for the last time.
