There's a community on another instance called "new communities." Maybe you could make one called wiki and a couple of posts (one for instances and descriptions and one for local and one for other comms?) And people could add.
Also it could be good to link to the official descriptions of the larger instances - I don't think many people are being pointed there so I'm not sure if people are seeing it.
Dante's and pizza lobo are good but I am going to have to try the deep dish.
Boiler room does one too if you like their pizza (crust has a cornflour feel).
My one wish for by the slice places is that I'd like to try their specialty but I usually only see pepperoni and cheese or something.
