  • The issue I see with teams like the blazers is that they have enough talent to be vaguely competitive and get hopes up but never enough to actually be a threat. Unless they fully commit to a rebuild they’ll likely be perennial contenders for the play-in.

    I feel like the pistons and rockets have been tanking… they seem to have young cores but idk what they’re development prospects are like.
