A large brutalist residential complex built in 1974 and located near the Hudson River in the New York City.
This asset is a pack of two buildings - a 39-storey tower and a 5-storey extension. The extension has a very interesting looking portal. You may need to use MoveIt mod to connect them together and drag some raised walkways inside the courtyard. It also should work fine with Loading Screen mod and shrink down to 50% of its original size. I didn't add any extra decorations, so it's up to you!
