Thank you for letting us know to take with a grain of salt this fucking joke tweet lol
It's never this cut and dry in real life though. People often misinterpret others' actions as flirting when they're just being friendly. For some people, a woman smiling and making eye contact is flirting. It's not on the person who's being friendly "to make it extremely clear from the get go" that they aren't interested in going out with you. It was on anon to ask this woman if she was single if he wanted to ask her out
A lot of women people just like the attention they get from being attractive.
If there's actually a problem with your account, and you ignore it, the only thing you're accomplishing is putting any money you have in that account at risk. Why are you so bothered by your bank sending you an email using extremely common informatics technology, especially after you already planned for this and literally aren't sending them any of the data you're concerned about? Try calling them
Wait wait wait...you have no idea how a squid would react if you tickled it. What if it freaked out and bit your nose off? First you need to cautiously do a test tickle
We fortunately already have vaccines for bird flu
H5N1 vaccines already exist, no one gets them because the risk of contracting it is so low. There are even existing stockpiles in the US and EU for rapid deployment.
In January 2020, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Audenz, an adjuvanted influenza A (H5N1) monovalent vaccine.[2][6] Audenz is a vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of disease caused by the influenza A virus H5N1 subtype contained in the vaccine. Audenz is approved for use in persons six months of age and older at increased risk of exposure to the influenza A virus H5N1 subtype contained in the vaccine.[2]
Some older, egg-based H5N1 vaccines for humans that have been licensed are:
Sanofi Pasteur's vaccine approved by the United States in April 2007,[7][8] GlaxoSmithKline's vaccine Prepandrix approved by the European Union in May 2008, with reactive AS03 (containing squalene) adjuvant,[9] and CSL Limited's vaccine Panvax approved by Australia in June 2008.
Other licensed H5N1 vaccines include:
Adjupanrix, approved for medical use in the European Union in October 2009.[10] Adjupanrix contains the flu strain A/VietNam/1194/2004 NIBRG 14 (H5N1).[10] Foclivia, approved for medical use in the European Union in October 2009.[11] Foclivia contains the flu strain A/Vietnam/1194/2004 (H5N1).[11] Aflunov, approved for medical use in the European Union in November 2010.[12] Aflunov contains the flu strain A/turkey/Turkey/1/2005 (H5N1)-like strain (NIBRG-23) (clade 2.2.1).[12] Pumarix, approved for medical use in the European Union in March 2011.[13]
In November 2013, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved an experimental H5N1 bird flu vaccine to be held in stockpiles.[14][15] In a clinical trial including 3,400 adults, 91% of people age 18-64 and 74% of people age 65 or older formed an immune response sufficient to provide protection. Reported adverse effects were generally mild, with pain at the injection site being the most common adverse effect.[16]
In June 2024, the European Commission signed a four-year contract with CSL Seqirus to secure 665,000 pre-pandemic vaccines with a provision for a further 40 million doses of avian flu vaccines for 15 member states.[17]
Oh my...
Where are you from?
I, for one, criticize incels regularly
I don't think anyone involved thinks she's talking about every single young man. Well, except you, of course
It's cute that you think there exists a photograph of Trump so obscene as to change anyone's mind about the man
Where are "Euros" shaming or guilting Brits and Americans here...?
“I’m not going to go to some backwoods country and tell them how to live their lives,” Vance added. “But European countries should theoretically share American values, especially about some very basic things like free speech.”
The US ranked 26th in the world when it comes to free speech, with several members of the European Union higher up the list, according to the 2024 Global Expression Report.
😑 I'm going to have to disconnect from the news more often moving forward
This Yahoo Finance article is a dumb clickbait take on this realtor.com report. Probably better to go straight to the source material
I imagine China cares a lot more about his criticism of China than they do about his criticism of the US. Makes for a more clickable headline though, I guess
Time for memes about the pending US invasion of Mexico
They've achieved their goal, right? Sure did send a message...
It's a fucking joke. And what about that is antidemocratic?
'It's just going to ruin our life' | Large mixed-use apartments could be new reality for North Austin neighborhood
I know this will sound callous of me, but fuck this NIMBY bullshit, and also KVUE for promoting it. This apartment complex is going up a 60 second walk from the Highland Station on the Red Line. Throw a rock and you can hit both Airport Blvd and 2222. This is the geographical center of Austin near some of the busiest intersections in the city. It's not reasonable to expect the vacant lot behind your house will stay that way.

Warrant: Woman accused of drugging, robbing men in downtown Austin, steals thousands
>The man said while waiting for his rideshare to arrive, he was flagged down by the suspect. Mistakenly thinking it was his rideshare, he got into the front seat without verifying the vehicle or driver information.
>According to the affidavit, the suspect offered the man a drink from an open container, which he accepted. The man said shortly after taking a drink, he blacked out and had no memory of what occurred for several hours.

Hole In The Wall dodges closure, secures 20-year lease with $1.6M from city
The Hole In The Wall music venue has secured a 20-year lease and will remain open to celebrate its 50th anniversary next summer, thanks largely to $1.6 million in assistance from the city’s Iconic Venue Fund.
Will Tanner, who purchased the club located on the stretch of Guadalupe Street known as The Drag in 2008, signed the new lease agreement – an initial 10-year lease with two five-year extensions – with The Weitzman Group realty firm on Monday. The signing followed 10 months of negotiation and work with staff from the city and the Austin Economic Development Corporation to become the first recipient of city funds allocated to preserve culturally significant music venues.
