If anything would start a workers right reform it would be the population stop with tipping. Because if people won't earn as much other than base salary, they will go under. It'll be painful for those affected at first, but it's relatively shor term and would spark a revolt. Let's make it real.
This is even better, because they dont have to make a new one. Which would cause a mass exodus because every person that already have one will want to buy a new one.
Regarding the depression. As long as you are conscious about it and have had therapy for it, just lie. Lie to become a pilot if it's really your dream. You know yourself if you are going to be able to learn and drive it.
Because there will always be a new naive generation (aside from those severely mentally ill), a share of people will ALWAYS fall for it. Every year, new people will fall for it

Honestly, I don't think your thinking is correctly placed.
I do not think people with ADHD or other neurodivergencies are by design thought of, in first hand, as opposition Opposition that will be oppressors of the system. If anything, it's a second hand thought. Of course the surpressed will attempt to revolt on a personal or collective plane sooner or later. But really, I don't think people with ADHD are pre-identified as rebels by the system. I think it's more historicallly sensible that people with ADHD are just trouble inside school. They ask too much and remembers too little. It doesn't fit the practice of teaching. That's it.
