I'd love to wake up with amnesia in this town. Looks great!
Exactly, so what? Life is so much better when you are accepting of people and their wishes, instead of actively hating them for no good reason.
It is just ignorance that's been passed down from previous generations.
I am a heterosexual male and I never understood the hate against the LGBTQ+ community (especially in less woke countries). It seems pointless to hate people for wanting to be who they truly feel they are.
I'd like to see your site :)
Nice thanks! I actually have a book on clojure and racket I got in a humble bundle a while ago too.
I love Artix. Great choice.
I think you should definitely make it open source.
I struggled with thinking my code was too bad to publish but once you realize that employers don't necessarily care how good your code is (as a junior dev), just that you HAVE coded and are pushing to GitHub. I sucked at React but now it's my job so I'm pretty good at it. I have a lot to learn still but that's okay.
Good luck with your project!
Exactly! Just code to code, it doesn't need to lead to anything.
Great mentality.
I really want to learn lisp too.
That sounds like quite a fun bot tbh.
I'd like to play that, sounds like my jam.
Good luck with the cert!
Nice, is there a repo?
That sounds great! Good luck with the game (feel free to send me a link once it's up).
I must dive into Laravel soon, it sounds so fun.
What projects are you working on at the moment?
I have been working on a forum site just to dabble with PHP. I'm dockerising it too to practice docker.
In 2021, I had the same thought as you. Thought websites were cool so learned HTML, then the rest. Went to night college until about a week ago studying web dev and mobile dev.
I got recruited into a company about a year ago now (during college) and have been an employed Front-end developer ever since.
This was lovely to read.
I only ever lurked on reddit using the Infinity 3rd party app cause you didn't need an account to follow subs, but here I actually feel like posting and getting involved in the community. It's a really chill vibe.
I have been using reddit for about 5 years and have always used the Infinity 3rd party app. I liked it because I didn't have to have an account and it wasn't as buggy. It will be a shame if it has to be discontinued.
