I wince every time I hear a younger person refer to it as "the late 1900s"
  • There are people born after 9/11 that can now legally drink. By Christmas, there will be people born after The Return of King was released that can drink.

  • A company called GamesCare has created their own version of the Sega Neptune called the GF1 Neptune
  • A Neptune was going to be a Genesis / MegaDrive with a built in 32X, so yes, there are plenty.

  • Yeah, but the shareholders care, or at least they should.

  • The subheading walks back the headline: “The golf clubs are temporarily allowed to continue to serve alcohol until a final hearing on the renewals is held in July.” Journalism in the 2020s. Could have been fixed by just changing the word “does” to “will.”

  • Let's just hope they don't do it to a DS9 runabout.
  • Anyone else laughing at the idea of a screenshot of an image description?

  • 20 years ago today, Spider-Man 2 swung into theaters
  • There’s no way Spider-Man 2 is 20 years old. Superman, the Christopher Reeve original, that’s a 20 year old movie.

Ok, I’ll go back to the home. It’s almost 4, time for dinner.

  • LEGO Wicked set names, prices, and pieces rumoured
  • Is this the first licensed set to use Friends style figures instead of minifigs?

  • A lot of people say this is their favorite PlayStation 1 game.
  • When the first one was in development, the lead designer was going leave the games industry and go back to university if it didn’t do well. In addition, SquareSoft was on the brink of bankruptcy, meaning this game could very well be the final game either of them were going to release.

  • Air BnB is destroying the housing market in my area. That said, it’s exposing a demand for something that doesn’t otherwise exist. In addition to hotels, people also want to be able to rent larger spaces, with a kitchen so they don’t have to eat out every night, and multiple bedrooms so the adults don’t have to go to bed at the same time as the kids. Hotel developers should be taking notes.

unofficialnetworks.com Stratton Announces $6.9 Million In Capital Projects For The 2023-24 Season

Stratton Mountain is investing $6.9 million for the 2023/2024 season, enhancing multiple facets of the guest and employee experience beginning in the base area with RFID lift gates...

The change I’m most excited to see is RFID ticketing. I keep my pass in a pocket built into the hem of my jacket, it’s always been a pain when I go to Stratton and have to flip it out to be hand scanned.
