I completely agree with you... the problem isn't whether the content is hosted here, it's whether people will see it when they didn't go looking for it.
Excellent write-up, thank you for taking the time.
I also want to mention that whoever takes charge may want to think seriously about strengthening enforcement of instance rule 2. I suspect that as the site scales, if rights holders make too many copyright claims at for example the CDN level then hosting media might become extremely difficult.
You've done a great job! Sadly I think we're both leaving at the same time.
You were professional, helpful, and friendly at every turn, and I must say I've only been here this long because of your kind words and encouragement.
All the best! And get some well deserved rest!
You're fine man, I just need to take a step back for a while and see how this site shapes up. Has lots of promise so I may be back
Yeah bro I get it, it's a pain in the ass. People spammed her fucking insta saying mommy milkers while she was in the middle of asking people to tone it down a little and she got really upset. This is why we can't have nice things
Just my 2c, I'd suggest keeping /c/celebs marked NSFW... in case anyone posts something NSFW without marking it. By the time mods catch it, it will already be in SFW federation feeds. Does this make sense?
