Baghrir is most commonly known as the “thousand holes pancake”, sounds like an exotic 1001 nights desserts, no? Well I think baghrir is just the coolest of the pancakes.
I found this recipe recently and I love it!
It’s super easy to make, very tasty, fills you up quickly and is also quite healthy! I often make it for breakfast but you can also serve it as a lunch.
It takes me 30-45 minutes time to make them but it’s well worth the effort :)
