We should worry about trades generally. The volume of XMR and its price are much more important.

Unfortunately they are being tracked by other methods. You can't sell 10kg of gold without special firms, banks, unless you do "black" trading. So, Monero is much better usually

yeah, it's hard situation in case of first buying of XMR. You can try casual exchanges, swap XMR P2P, try it. Governments don't like Monero, and, therefore, CEXes too
