I don't know if this is the reason, but they used to let regular users create subs. Now, they either have to be subs added by the original uploader or are auto-generated.
I'm doing my part!
Don't stop wishin' and hopin', my friend. Would be fun, though.
Mattel really did have great box art. Shit controllers, but great cover art and decent graphics for the time. I remember when my buddy got the voice module and B17 Bomber. When that thing talked, it was like magic.
There is a lot to love about living in WV (politics aside) but antenna TV reception is not one of them, sadly. Even moreso since broadcasting went all-digital. Signals don't travel well around the mountains. I'd go back to an antenna in a heartbeat if I could get decent reception. I'm only about 15 miles away from a couple of the towers and can't even pick them up without a really huge roof antenna.
Gotta disagree, but I'd read the comic!
I loved it when it came out and would definitely play through it again, but I'm not sure prettier graphics and a few tweaks is worth $60 to me. Since Nintendo doesn't let their first party games ever get down to a reasonable cost after a while, I'll skip this one, I think.
If you've never played it, though, it's a really fun game.
I've always enjoyed MJF, but he's really on a roll these days. I love that, even now, I'm not sure if he's a recovering heel or playing everyone. He's so good at being a likable piece of crap. Tony definitely needs to open up his wallet and hold on to him next year.
I do think that long term storytelling in general is in disarray right now because of injuries and having to fire Punk, but I'm willing to cut AEW some slack. When the stories are able to play out, they're usually worth the wait.
I'm a little fatigued from PPV overload, tbh. Hoping there aren't as many next year. While they've all been enjoyable, wrestling-wise, I don't feel like there has been enough time in between them this year to build storylines that make me care about the payoff at the PPV.
Just some general thoughts. AEW got me back into wrestling after 30 years. I love it, but right now it feels like it's in a holding pattern instead of full speed ahead.
Boy, the AI was drinking when it made that summary.
I've never heard anyone call the OG Enterprise crew "flat." It's definitely a 60s show, but it's great. Just have fun with it.
Just finished this a couple of days ago. The ending is a bit abrupt, I thought, but I sure did enjoy the ride. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.
Looks like 1988. There were quite a few Criterion releases that were laserdisc-only.
I think you've misinterpreted what I said. 2001: A Space Odyssey was released by Criterion on laserdisc, not Devil Doll. Not that Criterion hasn't had a few questionable films in their catalog. They released The Rock and Armageddon. Still scratching my head on those.
Criterion released 2001 on laserdisc. They just no longer have the rights to it. (I'm old.)
I love how AEW is always game to acknowledge wrestling legends, no matter when or where the person made their mark. Makes me smile.
Practice. #rimshot
A Doctor Demento classic!
Seconded by this West Virginian.
As God is my witness my daughter once tried to start a subreddit for The Factory. She's a huge QT Marshall stan.
