How to surface what is federated and what is blocked?
Is there any way to see what instances we on fedia.io are federated with, and what instances we've blocked?

@boffinbox It was mentioned that kbin.social is overloaded, and needed to add some Cloudflare thing which is preventing federation. Should be resolved soon
