burn it in a usb stick before you nuke it to install linux
This is very very important unless you have another windows computer around. Took me a whole day to figure out how to properly burn a windows install USB from linux. It isn't straightforward.
I walked into a Whole Foods for the first time a little while back for an Amazon return, I saw the $9 gallon of milk and walked right out.
Hopefully the price slashing is significant.
Yes, this. Everyone is on their high horse.
My LinuxServer container stopped listening on the Jellyfin port. Not sure if related to the update ๐ค
Delta, Epsilon, Beta, rpi01, rpi02...
Was good to get a heads up that Traffic v3 was out. Made some time to update over the weekend.
I'm really enjoying watching City Planner Plays play it. There's lots of attention to detail, easy to immerse yourself in it.

Following hashtags was the game changer for me.
Duo was so much better than Meet. What a backwards move.
I was surprised to find Gemini had replaced assistant. It couldn't even add items to the shopping list. Thankfully one is able to revert the change.
Been doing a whole lot less of that now that copilot is up and running. Didn't expect it to be such a productivity booster tbh.
I really need to abandon Roku and move to Android TV.
It's hilarious but I'm also jealous of how much footy they can access within relatively short drives ๐
I just wish it supported hashtags, the feeds thing it has going on feels clumsy. Sticking to Mastodon for now.
No but I wish I had been. ๐
This is awesome, starring this to make sure I don't forget to give it a try.
Miami is gonna get wrecked. Messi vs Ronaldo should be interesting though. Ronaldo isn't playing. Lame.
Hopefully enough to ease the complaints of travel from the Liga MX sides.
I was initially against this tournament but it turned out to be really fun. Looking forward to it this year.

The MLS season is nearly upon us, with some big deals left to shake out before the January window closes.
Still a little antsy that LAFC have hardly signed anyone.

What FC Cincinnati fans need to know about CONCACAF Champions Cup
FC Cincinnati will begin to see its 2024 calendar take shape Wednesday when the draw for the 2024 CONCACAF Champions Cup is staged.
I love/hate this cup growing in participants. Less true champions of their leagues but also more footy. ๐คท
LAFC defender Giorgio Chiellini retires
TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Retirement Legendary Italian center back Giorgio Chiellini, who joined LAFC in June 2022, has retired from professional soccer.
Feels like the end of an era is coming for LAFC. Waiting to hear news about Vela.
[Threads] MLS is contemplating the Apertura/Clausura system and alternative formats for the 2026 season, aligning with considerations for the upcoming World Cup.
I'm not familiar with credible sports journalists covering the MLS but I hope this is false. Two seasons/cups per year is the one feature I dislike about Liga MX.

'Everyone is tired' - LAFC boss Steve Cherundolo sends warning to MLS chiefs after Campeones Cup defeat to Tigres
Steve Cherundolo insisted "everyone is tired at LAFC" while taking a dig at MLS officials for congested roster after Campeones Cup defeat to Tigres.
On the one hand, it could just be he's sore from losing. On the other hand, I agree that MLS needs to either reduce the number of games teams play or loosen the roster rules to allow more depth. At least, if they want MLS teams to perform consistently well in international matches.
> Throughout all the competitions weโve been in this year, for any teams that are going to this next year, I can tell you the rules and regulations of MLS roster are not ample enough and we are not equipped enough for all these competitionsโ, said Cherundolo to reporters after the final. > > We have done an incredible job to stay in all comps very late but our guys are depletedโ, he continued, โour stadium officer is tired, everyone is tired. Maybe itโs too many games or maybe we donโt have enough players and I think moving forward to create a competitive advantage for MLS, I think the owners and commissioners need to sit down and come up with solutions. The status quo does not work and I can tell you that is the opinion of other coaches as well.
The PC version will still release next month.
Well this is a bummer. I'll have a few more months with my existing cities I guess.

LAFC loses to Monterey
Kinda bummed but also excited for the form the team looks in. We look so much better than we did before the tournament. The rest really helped.
Also, if we could avoid playing at the Rose Bowl again that'd be great.
