You generally find them in caches on the map when playing (highlighted beacons you can see from a fair distance). The super credits are automatically given to everyone when one person picks it up.
Technically, there's a way to farm these indefinitely by essentially replaying the same map. But you can't unlock the guns/capes/gear in each warbond without medals, which you can only get by doing missions.
Personally, I like the gameloop and how microtransactions are done enough that I don't bother with the "farm" since credits are so easy to gain overtime. The real grind is the medals and samples which you need a team to gather efficiently.
Cerberus is singularly the goodest boi in the world. He's three good boys in one - you can't beat that. Any single boi you name is logically outnumbered by the sheer concentration of good boi in one being.
lowkey how I feel when I see AI/upscaled 60fps from 24 fps animation.
listening to moody goth girl's advice has yet to fail me.
honestly not trying to be a shill but there was a brief period that caught a glimpse of a post-piracy world where there were very little streaming services that had all the content you could want. It moved me away from piracy because of the convenience, library, and being able to share with friends and family.
Ideally a post-piracy world would have the options for uncensored/original versions of content, the ability to buy and store said content locally and own in perpetuity, with a price point for access to a vast library from a very small number of services. As many have said, the way to combat "piracy" is to offer a service better than piracy itself.
You're mom's your best friend? What is she, a bad mom??
This phenomenon hits too real
In 2075, The Nintendo Switch is widely regarded by scientists and engineers all over the world as the most stable object in the known universe.
What's that phenomenon where as a child you were told a "fact", internalised it, and lived your life presuming it was true until someone points out how obviously wildly untrue it was that you momentarily question reality?
Because I was today's years old when I realised how ridiculous cutting complete blood flow would be. Thank you (genuinely!)
Funnily, the animal was named after the greek mythological figure of the same name. Wife of Typhon and considered the mother of monsters - including Cerberus.
It's sad to see parents one up the children instead of elevate them
I just presumed you turn on "shower thoughts" mode after you've done a thorough clean.
Though this is similar to what some Japanese households do where they do a thorough wash and shower, removing any dirt and sweat, and soak in a bathtub to relax afterwards.
Great thread - might make my icons a little smaller but I have a big phone (for my hand) so I tried to balance minimalist with color-immediacy
I dated a NT who loved my rants. This was before I got my diagnosis. they're out there and I'd agree it's more about compatibility - just keep living your life and see who you come across :)
absolutely brutal news to hear. it cannot be overstated how much of an impact this man's works had influenced not only action and comedy manga but culture as a whole. rip on of the greats
The Disgaea series has a special place in my heart. This is also a case where the two are not mutually exclusive.
They're all couples from The Owl House - would recommend
Not a fan of the genre so take what I say with a grain of salt but I've always viewed it as the destillation of the "fish out of water" and power fantasy combined into one. Both reasonably popular tropes tied into one.
So it's already readily consumeable for the targeted demo and relatively easy to write/draw since the you don't need to worry about developing a distinct character trait/trope (he's unique/powerful) or unique narrative framing. It's not necessary bad, just easy to produce and readily consumable. It's the equivalent of the step-fantasy or fast food. Not evil or bad, just not particularly unique.
Then you eventually get amazing works (Jack In The Box's Chick n tater melt, Overlord, Eminence In The Shadow) that either push the best traits to 11 or are a direct commentary on the genre itself.
Formally, this is an example of positive punishment where the addition of a stimulus decreases the likelihood of the target behavior occuring again.
Negative reinforcement refers to subtracting/removing a stimulus to increase the likelihood of a target behavior (think reducing a prison sentence for good behavior).
If I'm reading this correctly, the findings of this particular paper are more directed towards a relationship between stress/anxiety (such as life-challenging events or religious-related existiential stress) and religious beliefs rather than critical thinking via hippocampal volume (the neural section associated with emotional responses).
It's interesting that there was a pattern of hippocampal atrophy however they do not definitively claim the direction of a causal relationship or if even is one (such as correlational).
Interesting read that sheds into how religiosity may induce additional stressors from having a specific belief system.
Read Yomi no Tsugai Vol. 1 Ch. 1 "Asa and Yuru" on MangaDex!
Caught up and enjoyed Arakawa Hiromu's (Fullmetal Alchemist) latest work! Wanted to share the scanlated chapters here.
It's a whole new world literally
Test post and in response to https://lemmy.world/post/2100830, demonstrating the current difficulty of seamlessly of directly linking a post from across the fediverse.
On Jerboa, linking a Mastodon profile goes to a blank page (because they don't have any lemmy posts). !
So you'd have to copy the link from Mastodon
So for now, it's a lot of steps and some a transition from how we behave in centralised social but worth working on
