What is your go-to Linux distro and why?
  • Same here, Tried about 10 distros and always end back with Fedora.

Been using it full time on my 2 desktops, and 2 laptops for 2 years now without ever thinking about trying another distro.

  • Daily Discussion thread
  • I'm at the point with transfers that if Edu and Arteta want a player, then that is good enough for me. They have picked out enough talent and made some great signings that I'm happy to just let them do their thing without getting stressed about who/when we should buy.

And anyone who does sign for us, I will cheer and back them 100%.

  • www.football.london Arsenal have fulfilled Xavi Simons first transfer requirement as PSV meeting set

PSV Eindhoven star Xavi Simons could be sold by the Dutch outfit this summer with Arsenal among the clubs linked with a move for the 20 year-old talent

Xavi Simons, a player for PSV Eindhoven, has shared his thoughts on his future career ahead of the summer transfer window. He revealed that he has not yet met with PSV to discuss his future, especially after the sudden departure of manager Ruud van Nistelrooy. Temporary manager Fred Rutten took over for the last game of the season. Paris Saint-Germain, Simons' previous team, has a buy-back clause for him, but they are also in the process of appointing a new coach.

Simons may possibly move to the Premier League, with rumors linking him to Arsenal, who are seeking to strengthen their midfield this summer. If PSV decides to let Simons go, they will likely ask for a record fee, currently set at £38.5 million.

Simons had a successful first season with PSV, scoring 22 goals and making 12 assists in 48 games, helping the team qualify for the Champions League. He is currently with the Netherlands national team, preparing for the Nations League semi-final against Croatia.

When asked about his future, Simons stated that he has not yet met with the new manager and will have discussions with him and PSV before deciding his future. He is aware of the clause that could allow PSG to bring him back but noted that they also don't have a manager yet. He suggested that he is waiting to see who will be appointed as the new managers for PSV and PSG before deciding on his next steps. The stability of Arsenal, under coach Mikel Arteta, could be appealing to Simons. Arteta has proven his ability to develop young talents, and Arsenal is currently looking for a versatile forward, a role that matches Simons' skills.
