Fortune 500 headquarters headed to Cincinnati, Western & Southern CEO John Barrett says
>The company would bring between 60 and 200 employees to its Cincinnati headquarters, Barrett said.
In addition, a new one will probably appear next year. >Greater Cincinnati will likely add still another Fortune 500 company next year when the list comes out in May or June. GE Aerospace, which became a standalone locally based company in April 2024, would have ranked No. 140 on the 2024 Fortune 500 with $31.8 billion in 2023 revenue had it been a standalone company as of the end of 2023. It will almost certainly show up on next year’s roster.

Elly De La Cruz's clutch hit ends the year with a Reds win - Redleg Nation
Elly De La Cruz drove in two runs in the 10th inning as the Cincinnati Reds capped off their 2024 season with a win over the Chicago Cubs.
And thus it ends. Like usual, much work to be done in the off season.
Maybe the FO will put in more than a half ass effort.
Troy Morrow is also being indicted on one count of menacing.

Jonathan India spoke to the media and he didn't hold back, noting that it's the same thing in Cincinnati every year for the Reds.

The Reds have finished better than 3rd place two times. > > >Lately, the team’s front office has really gone full into the “we’re a small market” line of public talk whenever questioned about why they don’t win more, try more, add more talent via trades or free agency, etc. Look around the National League Central. Finished doing that? How many of the five teams in it are “large market” clubs? The answer is one. The Chicago Cubs. And yet they are not the team that’s been running through the division with 1st place finishes year after year after year.
Good but brief article.
We see the issue. But this cheap ass FO won't do a damn thing to fix it. Putting new paint on the walls while the foundation crumbles.

Maybe they'll do something before I die. Either of old age or agony of having to watch us careen from rebuild to rebuild without hope in between.
I agree with this article. He's not the real issue. Maybe one of them but not the only one by far.
And how dumb- just let him finish it out. What good does it do firing him with 5 games left? Just reads like an asshole move by the FO. Which given the assholes at the top, why should we be surprised.
Reactions from both Bengals and commissioners.
This is absolutely absurd and should be laughed out of the room. No more taxpayer money for billionaires!

We shall see. Had one down in OTR (basically downtown) but it folded after a couple years. I'm not sure myself how big the market is for it here.
Hopefully we can at least go out on a high.
Which is really saying something since during the Cranley admin we basically regressed.
Excited for you guys though. Hopefully a turning point.
Next up- OTRberfest. A new event so comments on it are certainly welcome.
Agreed. Beer was ok though. Not amazing but ok.
