If I remember correctly, wood consists mainly of cellulose, lignin, and hemi-cellulose. I don't know about bamboo, but I guess it's some kind of woody material.
"Trees" have secondary growth while "palms" have primary growth. At least that is what I have been told in dendrology lectures.

What the others said, if possible, go see a doctor. I have depression but I'm subscribed to this channel because it's interesting for me to learn about symptoms and ideas how others deal or cope with them. ADHD and depression share many similarities. ( I will definitively try to learn from the mentioned book tiny habits) I went to a doctor when I felt really really bad. But it was one of the best decisions I have ever made, because I got a treatment and can even go to a therapy. And if you shouldn't suffer from ADHD or depression - even better!

I have to deal with depression at the moment. I am unhappy with some circumstances in my life. Since unemployment could happen soon, it would be beneficial, if I would apply for some jobs. I even asked some friends if they knew about vacancies. But for some reason I just can't do it. It is enormously frustrating. But reading about symptoms here and realising it actually is a symptom helps me with self compassion.
Ja, das sehe ich auch so. Wieviele Männer leiden oder depressiv sind, weiß ich nicht, kann mir aber gut vorstellen, dass es wie du sagst tausende oder sogar auch mehr sind. Der Punkt mit dem Auseinandersetzen mit Gefühlen bzw. Psychotherapie halte ich ebenfalls für möglich - zumindest ungewohnt dürfte das für viele sein. Ich weiß nicht, wie man das anders oder besser machen könnte, aber wenn man da ein Angebot schaffen könnte, das Männer besser abholt, wäre das für Männer begrüßenswert, Das heißt ja deswegen nicht, dass man sich nicht weiter um Belange von Frauen oder diversen Menschen kümmert. Aber ich finde schon, dass jeder Mensch, unabhängig von Geschlecht/Gender/Orientierung ein gutes Leben verdient hat, also auch Männer. Was ich sehr befremdlich finde: Nach identitärer Meinung könnten Männer keinen Sexismus erfahren - wobei ja gerade diese Aussage im höchsten Maße sexistisch ist.
Und wenn man zu emotional wird, dann ist man kein Mann oder nicht männlich genug.

It's also very funny, when someone shares the idea of a 4-day work week (while the wages stay the same as before during a 5-day work week) many are like "that is not possible, how should it be possible to compensate that?"
