I thought a hearing aid would correct audio from the curves generated by a clinical hearing test, just like the Airpods Pro are trying to do. After a quick search, it seems like even the smallest earbud hearing aids can handle mild to severe hearing loss. I get that it might not be the best solution for severe to profound hearing loss, but for less severe cases, the Airpods could be a good option for many people who haven’t been treated or even tested for hearing loss.
Settings > Filters & Blocks > swipe to the left on whatever needs to be unblocked. Good luck!
I stopped going to nearly all movies at the cinema. I have a good-enough 5.2.1 sound system and large television with appropriate cinema seating distance, so why should I go out if all I need to do is wait 8-12 weeks and see it on a streaming subscription? For me, the movie would need to be compelling enough to warrant a drive of about 120 miles to see it in a Dolby Cinema theater, of which only Oppenheimer met in the past year.
In a relatively small US city, 600/600 mbps fiber and I actually get it 24/7. I could get 1200, 2400 or even 5000 but I don’t see any point. Heck I can get 700/35 on my iPhone (overnight).
Honestly, I probably wouldn’t use the max to the full potential. Look at some bg3 performance charts for the m3 family to see how much it might matter. For rendering, they will both be great, but it may just take a bit longer on the pro vs the max.
I don’t believe heat to be a significant issue with the 14 inch device. I am a fan of the smaller form factor and were I to buy one today, I would select the m3 max chip with the 14 inch form factor, but I am selecting it for the gpu cores. If you don’t plan on needing those, the m3 pro is a good chip.
No. Absolutely not. Virtual Airlines place too many restrictions on what you fly, where you can fly, how you fly, and how often you must fly. For me, flight simulation is a hobby, and virtual airlines turn it into work.
It means that even though Mullvad already doesn’t log anything about their users activities, there is no persistent storage on the servers, so as soon as it is powered off or raided by The Agencies, there is absolutely nothing to retrieve from it.
From what I understand, yes. This vulnerability is to gain information about another user using the same computer (at the same time?). This is why I have disabled the performance-impacting spectre/meltdown mitigations on my home Windows PCs.
The Mac didn’t get the game yet. It’s still a six-month old pre-release version.
Except it’s not available on Mac on day one. Larian hasn’t even announced when it will be aside from “at a later date.”
Update: Apparently, the Steam Discussions page has a post that lists it as September 5.
