I really enjoyed this show, and was looking forward to having a cute kid friendly series to use to introduce nieces/nephews/future kids/cats to the incredible universe of Star Trek 😭😭

I bought the Bandai "Entry Nipper" at the game store 😅 They've done the job, but something sharper would be nice! The aluminum foil trick is very good to know ✍
When cutting the sprue, should I cut as close to the piece as possible, or leave a bit of a nub and use a razor blade to remove it?

I would also like to tag onto this and reiterate what @[email protected] said so well: A lot of online negative discourse surrounding Star Trek is based on the franchises choice to be inclusive and diverse. Any homophobia, racism, sexism, etc will result in your comment being removed (as this is the Possum Patio's general standard).
There is infinite diversity in infinite combinations in this universe. We choose to celebrate diversity instead of shy away from it, and hope that any discourse follows this guideline.
The 'zoom out' on the map to show all the different civilizations gave me some real Stellaris vibes! If this is done well, it could end up being a super great game! I'm looking forward to it 😁
Everything is a lot of Star Trek! (but you should really watch everything eventually) I recommend tackling it one series at a time, and it will go by faster than you'd think,
My wife and I started with Star Trek: The Next Generation (TNG) and I think it is a great place to start!
After that you could watch Star Trek: Voyager (VOY) or Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (DS9). DS9 being one of my favorite pieces of media ever. I love it so much. 🥲
Or if you want something more modern you can start with Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (SNW). The second season airs in a few weeks, and I hope it's just as amazing as the first season!
LCS Returns June 14th
Riot releases new statement today announcing that the LCS is **BACK ** June 14th after a two week delay caused by a player walkout.
Exciting stuff! Glad that we are getting a summer split, but I do wish the players were able to get MORE from it all. At least the LCSPA and Riot will work closer together moving forward.

My wife introduced me to Star Trek about 5 years ago now, and it's still our favorite thing to watch together! We've watched through almost everything together, and it's been the best way to enjoy Trek!
We always try to watch new episodes the evening they drop, so we're really looking forward to SNW S2! 🥳
