easy way to migrate subscriptions?

With lemmy.world going down a lot, I know that instances such as lemm.ee mirror quite a few communities. Is there an easy way to migrate subscriptions I have on lemmy.world to the corresponding communities on another instance?

Loving Connect, BTW. Wonderful app.

adding, removing, managing instances

Excellent app, and possibly the most stable on a slightly outdated tablet.

I would like to know how to add or erase instances listed, or are users limited to the three you offer (lemme.ee, lemmy.world, and lemmy.ca)

I have a custom/private instance I use the web interface with for a small group of developers, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to add it to connects list. Plus, I don't use lemm.ee or lemmy.ca, so I would like to remove them.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you!

People are getting fed up with all the useless tech in their cars
  • I have a 2017 Dodge Journey. AC, AM/FM/Satellite radio (though I don't subscribe), CD player, very good heater (Wisconsin winters), bluetooth thats currently nonfunctioning (and I do miss it).

My GPS is a standalone Garmin unit. Learned my lesson with that when Toyota charged my dad $150 for map updates. Could get a backup camera for that, but don't really need it.

I'm happy with what I have. I do wish I had my Bluetooth back for podcasts, but NPR keeps me pretty happy.

  • Ubisoft closes your account after period of inactivity and you lose access to games.
  • Haven't bought a Ubisoft game for a while. It's a shame they don't realize that some of their users may go to prison, or travel for long periods, or join their country's armed forces, or just fall on hard times.

Plenty of reasons why they wouldn't log in. At least with Steam (for now, and hopefully for the future) I won't lose my (non-Unisoft) games for not logging in. Hell, in the early days of Steam, I once didn't log in for four years. I was amazed that my account was still there when I did finally return.
