    So my neighbour/pot dealer has this cactus that we both think is a peyote cactus. Are we mistaken?

  • I don't think so. It looks like it might be an Echinopsis subdenudata but I can't be sure.

    My latest addition!

    Repotted into a mixture of 1 part granite, 1 part pumice, 1 part perlite-heavy store bought cactus mix. I washed the rocks before adding them so it's still a bit wet in this pic.
