Like most of us here, going to a BBQ with some friends and hoping it doesn't rain! My partner has also popped out this morning to get us what we call The Nice Tasting Bread from the small local bakery that's only open for walk ups on Saturdays. Hope she gets some of their marshmallow cereal cookies too.

Hello all, looking for any recommendations for using up holiday time. Looking for your top tips on day trips (from London) as well as like weekend / several day trips to either the UK or abroad. I'm quite into visiting cities and taking in its history. Thanks in advance!

A long time ago in school gym class, we had to do these circuits for what I think was some sort of baseline physical evaluation type thing.
One of the things you had to do was start off laying down on your stomach, and at the whistle get up and sprint to a wall and then back.
I got up and started so fast the teacher didn't get a chance to start the timer. I had to do it again and of course wasn't as fast. I'll never be able to recapture that one moment.
