i've always had trouble with sweet potatoes and baked goods - tend to be heavy. anyone have any tips?
The francesinha is a sandwich with layers of sausage, ham and steak wrapped in cheese. Topped with an egg and served with a "secret" sauce made with port wine. Recipe link is in the post body.
