new user request

I got an email that a user wanted to sign up on my instance, and when I look in the 'local_users' database I can see the (pending) account but when I go to the Registration Applications page there's nothing there. Anyone else seen this or have any ideas? Could the user have cancelled the request?

Admin user email verification

  • I was having the same issue. flipped "Email_verified" from 'f' to 't' in the "local_users" table and I'm able to log in with my admin account now. not sure what else may have been messed up in the process though.
