I had heard about them deleting images uploaded without an account, and the nsfw purge stuff, but I hadn't heard about this. Thank you so much! I'll have to make extra sure that everything I've uploaded on my account over the years is for sure backed up elsewhere.
Do you know if this is already happening, or is there a date in the future that it'll start? Most of my uploads are private and I'm too busy to get all of it manually downloaded right this moment (if it's even still there!) Crud! I only just finally managed to download aaallll my years of stuff from Photobucket after they stopped allowing free hosting, lol.

Yes, I agree! I'd also love it if, when you click a link, it shows the full true link and then let's you choose whether or not you want to go there, like RiF does.
That way if someone posts a link behind some text, you have a better idea of what you're getting into before it just pops up on your screen. Could be what they said it was, could be a Rick Roll, could be awful brain-scarring porn like Leon Party...
Aww! My kitty likes to be spoonfed, too. 😆 Just earlier today I was spoon-feeding her strawberry ice cream as she demanded. (Dairy doesn't bother her, thankfully, & I only give her a little bit) I melt it and check it with my lip to make sure it's not too cold before I give it to her so she doesn't get a brain freeze or anything, haha.

Hehe, yep! That or she comes and gets one of us and has us follow her to her food and sits there and stares at us until we uncover it for her, ha! She can uncover it herself, but I guess she likes to make her slaves do it for her, lol!
She likes to have someone watch her back for her while she eats (she was clearly abused before we took her in :( so she's an anxious lil thing) so one of us is usually there anyway, and we don't mind. She's worth it :)
Editing to add because it's cute and why not: She's been with us around 10 years now and she JUST finally started letting me touch and rub her tummy sometimes!! She gets all blissed out and purrs and chirps happily and it's adorable.

Haha, right? She does! :) Nowadays we leave a few pieces of clean paper by her food so she can cover it with those, otherwise she'll use whatever she can find. It's hilarious and adorable and I love my little oddball!
Ziggy is very proud of her great job burying her food!
She used whatever she could find from around the room. Her mommy's dirty socks, and two of her favorite toys: a crinkle ball, and a straw she stole from someone's drink. So resourceful!
If I remember correctly, RES has basically been limping along in maintenance mode for quite a while now and there's only one or two people left working on it - and only from time to time.
Oh my goodness! Please, please, please look after yourself and your health and wellbeing first and foremost!
It sounds like we're a lot alike, and I burned myself out overextending myself, like you're doing, trying to help others so much for so long...my health issues got worse and now I can't help anyone because I can barely even take care of myself! and it's an awful feeling when previously helping others was my whole thing and reason for living.
This may be unsolicited and TMI, but just wanted to caution you about what could happen. Look after yourself, please! You deserve it! Remember that you can't help and look after others if you don't help and look after yourself. Thank you for everything you've done and are doing already. Hang in there. <3
