Edit: looks like it was announced in 2016 and started filming in 2022. That’s probably why I was thinking it was supposed to come out so long ago.

I tried watching the remake of The Lion King a few years ago. I didn’t make it through the first song. I wish Disney would try something new instead of reboots, remakes, sequels, prequels, and spinoffs.

I’m not familiar with this character, so I was confused and thought this was a series about Kyle’s Human Kite from South Park.

I’d pay to see that. I recently started watching The Critic on Tubi and I love it.

I wish I could find a decently priced “Walkman”. I have a decent sized cassette collection. A Bluetooth Walkman would be cool in my car…though unnecessary considering I have a phone. 🤷‍♂️

This is one of those movies I’m not holding my breath for. They’ve talked about rebooting/remaking it for so long. On the bright side, I hope this motivates Brian May to finally finish the Highlander soundtrack he was working on in the 2000s.

Also I hope they keep the Queen songs by Queen.

Man I love Mott the Hoople. I discovered them through Queen and David Bowie and bought their greatest hits from BMG back in the day. One of my favorite random facts to tell friends is that Ian Hunter wrote Cleveland Rocks, the song used for the Drew Carey Show.

I hope the remaster gets ported to Xbox. I’ve wanted to play this game for a long time.

That’s a good question. I think I’ll take a sequel 40 years later over an awful remake that’s bound to change a lot of the original story.

I’m not automatically against sequels, but do we really need a sequel to a 40 year old movie?

You’re absolutely right about rural areas. My dad has satellite internet and it’s so slow. We get ads for satellite internet in our mail all the time. I’ve looked into them and apart from the 1-3 MBPS speeds, there’s always a data cap. If I had their internet, I’d definitely use Redbox more.

This almost sounds like a joke. Not what I expected for the M3GAN series. Also the title bothers me. I hate when people add a “T” after 8 in a word. Shouldn’t it be SOULM8? Looks like Soulmatey. 😂

This looks interesting. I’ll definitely be buying it day one. I first thought it was going to be a remake of ALTTP or OaA/OoS in the style of Link’s Awakening. I never thought we’d get a Zelda game where you play as Zelda.

I agree! I thought it was A Link to the Past or the Oracle games remastered in the Link’s Awakening style. I didn’t think we’d ever get a game where we played as Zelda!

I think they should move onto different titles than X/XI/XII if the Skywalker Saga is over. And A New Beginning is worse than The Phantom Menace being called The Beginning in its early stages. I hope they change the title.

I have WW and TP on Wii U, but I rarely play my Wii U.

Yeah, if I remember correctly they’ve said they’ve been working on or have completed a remastered Oracle of Ages/Seasons in the style of Link’s Awakening.

Can’t say I disagree with this decision. Wasn’t it recently decided that anything under $500 wouldn’t be reported?

This is the Direct where they announce Twilight Princess and Wind Waker for the Switch. I can feel it! I wish they would, but I’m not holding my breath.

I don’t care much for the show so far (still watching it), but I think review bombing anything is stupid. I hardly ever leave reviews on anything even if I absolutely love it. More than half of my Rate Your Music collection is left unrated.
