I'd love to sign it, but it insists I identify myself with the Dutch DigiD app and then it gives me an error. Maybe that's why it's not been signed by a lot of people. It's impossible.
25km is so frigging slow. My wife has a normal bike and she has to slow down for me (on ebike) to catch up. I don't understand why they didn't make it 30km/h, plenty of people cycle that fast.

Actually it depends on where it's farmed. Norwegian farmed salmon is awful, Scottish farmed salmon is much better (and really hard to get in Europe due to Brxt)
