G*mes Are Bad - And You Should Feel Bad
  • Im awaiting the studies showing just how unhealthy 8 hours in an office setting, for 5 days of the week can be. For some reason, we only ever target people playing video games in their free time as a health risk while ignoring the fact that the same activity (using less brain power and critical thinking than gaming) is how many of us can eek out a living. With that being said, its fair to point out the downsides of video gaming in this way, as two things can be bad for us at once. But it always seems to be very biased towards "dont spend too long playing video games" and not "try to limit overall screen time in a set amount of time"

  • Biden chokes up while talking about deceased son and Trump's disparaging remarks about service members
  • The use of his sons death by the opposition party is even more horrendous in my opinion. Imagine having such little ammunition (against someone who is definitely not immune to critisizm) that you have to attack the mans dead son. Fucking deplorable

  • Biden turns 81 as questions about age continue to dominate 2024 race
  • Very common misconception to say "economy good when one president in office, but when another was in office economy bad". In reality, we live under the previous administrations policies, as our government cannot make change happen overnight. It takes years to see the impacts of policies put into place. With that being said, the recession economy were in now was caused by a lot of trump era policies, while trump was riding out obama era policies during his term (allowing him to brag about how he was fixing the economy while not lifting a grubby orange finger to do so).

  • Goodbye Youtube and thanks for all the fish
  • Pay for what you consume is a fantastic idea for a service that hasnt been free for it's lifetime, and only really grew popular because it was free. Just like every other company, it seems YT would rather keep squeezing every last cent out of the consumer in hopes of a "record profit year!".
