@Wilzax coming through! Got my invite, thank you! Hopefully see you online sometime!
Did you get an invite? If yes, can you pass along here? https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197979280738/
Hydrangea has a Koji fermented coffee, and Black and White has an option to shop by funkiness. Both excellent suggestions! Thanks!
Two of my favorites for reference:
Vivid in Burlington, VT: https://vividcoffee.com/
Sweetbloom in Denver, CO: https://sweetbloomcoffee.com/
I'm looking for beans that have undergone interesting fermentation experiments. Any suggestions?
I'm constantly on the search for roasters that are working with producers to do interesting things in the world of coffee, particularly with a focus on the fermentation aspect. Of course, I'm very familiar with the roasters in my area, but I'm looking to widen my net a bit. I've got setups for both pourover and espresso, so suggestions for both are welcome!
Definitely! I was there in the early days of reddit and it was great, but it's been a steady decline since. Lemmy feels like the best parts of that with the right quality of life improvements and the guarantees that the communities can stay in control. This is the place to be!
