I'm with you, I love practical effects. The Thing (1982) is a classic, Color out of Space has it's moments, and one that kind of surprised me, the new Hellraiser (2022) has a final sequence that is pretty good.
For the more surreal type of horror like The Void, Daniel isn't Real (2019) is pretty decent.
The more of these I see the more I begin to realize that Link is the baddie. Never seen a bokoblin do anything more than chill at camp.
This is such a strange perspective. I'm not a bike rider, but never understand people's issues with bikers, joggers, or anything on the road besides cars. Sure, assholes are everywhere, but nearly every biker? That has not been even close to my experience, and I mostly see cars/trucks being unnecessarily aggressive towards bikers and runners.
He had a piece of plywood painted black like it was the wall of the limo, like it was the end of the limo. But we could HEAR people back there

Nice, I do the same thing but with those hover stones I have a million of. One of those bad boys solves 90% of those signs.
I feel such a disconnect on 4th of July because of this type of news. Seems every day there's a new ruling that hurts Americans. Honestly terrible.
Santa Claus.
No but really I've always a good time in Bloomington. Lived there a couple years and continue to visit the area still. Nature, progressive (for Indiana), and a decent music scene.
