After running a few I decided to go ahead and just train myself again, building my own program so far has been worth it So far it consists of: SBD Day, mainly squat and RDLS, Larsen press and arm and chest accessories Paused deadlift, and back accessories Squat and bench, leg and back accessories And then main deadlift, arm and chest accessories Currently dieting down from 270 to now about 215, have gotten moderately stronger on all three big lifts, most of my goal with the program was hypertrophy and growing some weak points that prevented progress with my big lifts

I like the DIY feeling of Lemmy, feels like old Reddit when I was a teenager. I also weirdly like the fact that because I want Lemmy to succeed and grow, I have an incentive to post and comment and upvote and actually engage
