A few months ago i started doing 20 minute walks in my neighbourhood everyday just while listening to podcasts and it has been a huge improvement to my outlook, as I work from home its been a big help

I have updated ipad OS which hasn't had any issues so far, watch OS and IOS I am undecided on currently

Its up to individual instances and apps to decide how to keep themselves running and its up to the users that form around those instances to decide if they like that chosen form, eg donations, subscriptions, advertisements The benefits for users being they can just move somewhere else if they don’t like their choice The difficulty for server hosts will be keeping up with demand and being able to afford to continue
Unfortunately this means that the instance you have chosen right now might not be here forever

Interested to know what the purposed attack vector is? You would need a lot of computing power or to know some flaw in bitcoin core Its probably easier to get your government to ban it, or move to somewhere its banned
