Overwatch 2 is the worst game on Steam, according to user reviews | "The people who make Overwatch porn work harder than the people who make Overwatch"
  • If it was a bad game, there would not be so many people playing it and shelling over money for skins.

Uh, no? It's been proven time and again that people who buy skins don't buy it out of love for the game, but because it's effectively gambling and triggers the same spots in your brain that dopamine does.

  • My gf was raped and became pregnant. I broke up with her because she wanted to keep the baby + Updates
  • I feel so terrible for the GF. Not only was she a victim of rape, she had to make a choice that would either cause her to lose her family or her boyfriend. Though I don't think OP was wrong in any of his actions, it's still such a terrible situation for her.

  • “I Will Remember Apollo”
  • Glad this is downvoted. It takes way more than a couple of hours to completely change your apps backend to read from a completely different website’s API. And that’s not even thinking of how complicated dealing with the fediverse is, dealing with multiple domains and logging in through multiple fediverses.

The guy doesn’t owe you anything. Please be quiet.

  • Thoughts on Wealthsimple's Stock Lending?

Wealthsimple recently opened stock lending. I had never heard of it before, but it sounds interesting - you only have potential upside (with the only real downside being your money isn't covered by CIPF if something goes wrong)

Opinions on credit cards with annual fees?
  • What’s your general opinion on cards with annual fees? What benefits would it need for you to consider one?

Personally, my spending is still too haywire for me to like annual fee cards. I don't want to be forced (consciously or subconsciously) to spend more money just so I can break even on the annual fees. Not spending money will always be better than any % of cashback.

If you have consistently high spending (e.g. if you have kids), then maybe. But I still don't like the idea of paying more money to get more money, since it invariably means you're making money off of people who can't pay high fees, or people in credit card debt.
