What you're saying doesn't even make sense. You can't manipulate a human body to remove organs, they actually would not fit inside that body. I know you watch porn, why have you never seen a porn where someone looked like that? When have you ever met a human with a skull that small? Please tell me you understand that humans don't look like that.
