If you use the most formal grammar taught to beginners, then every single language can be broken down this way -- and this is nothing special to Japanese. Unfortunately this sort of nice structure tends to melt away as you transition to more "natural" ways of talking / writing, even in formal contexts. Even things like the -ka
suffix (as mentioned in another comment) is really often just not a thing in normal speaking.
And no, Japanese isn't free from conjugations. It simply conjugates in a different way compared to what European languages tend to do. And the use of suffixes and forming "verb chains" is also core to how the language's grammar works.

If it is a single-user instance and always going to be, then yes what you have heard might be true. But again that is not a lot of load to begin with, and if your instance ends up with more users I don't see how it can put more load on other servers than if all those users are on "other servers" directly.
Hetzner as always :) Although you probably want to separate out media storage to a standalone S3 provider or even just Hetzner's SMB storage box
This doesn't look like an ARM64-specific issue. Could you try to docker exec
into the container and curl
that URL which showed the timeout error? If that fails then something is wrong with your networking setup.
