The life of a chain is best measured in distance used rather than in time. Are you also riding in poor weather? Winter roads with destroy any chain. Up to 10speed a chain should last at least a few thousand kms in seasonal weather and several thousand if used only in good weather.

Upvotes work on the Arctic app but still can’t upload images. Nearly there :)

I tried the Arctic app and I have the same issue, it’s reported as a general error. I made my account about 10 days ago, could that be a factor?

Thank you for your reply, I tried logging out and in again but alas no joy, I have reduced the image size in case it was that but again I get the message that the image could not be uploaded.

Use shea butter bro, natural and organic, you don’t need a lot and it’s good for ethnic skin. For skin problems such as pimples etc use a paste made of ground turmeric and gram flour (1:1), leave it on for 30mins then wash off.
