Parts are absolutely fine. If you're a beginner I'd advised against Arch as it's high maintenance. If your hell bent on a Arch distro I'd recommend EndeavourOS as it's Arch with an installer and the base system will cover most use case without too much tinkering.
Define "a lot of AAA games" ? Because right now almost everything on Steam just works on Linux besides the odd multiplayer games, and even that is slowly getting support. Heck, I even installed the just out Lies of P demo the other day, worked first try, no glitch, very good performance, like a native game.
I really don't get Sunshine. As much as I like Dany Boyle, this one I had a really hard time getting into: The depressed idiots, the "hey, that's the old ship we thought was lost, let's go on board to get that other bomb, and risk getting killed on that unstable wreck", the crazy dude on said ship cliché, I could go on and on...
I knew it would happened the moment IBM bought them. Those corporate idiots can't comprehend OSS.
Based Orthodox Rabbi! As a staunch atheist, it's not something I'm used to write haha.
I'll try to send you bug reports via GitHub when it's out.
It also achieved bleeding users into other services like Lemmy and kbin, which wouldn't have happen if literal idiots weren't running Reddit.
That's one annoying thing with kbin, the other being no quick access to subs list. I still like it better than Lemmy right now.
For me it's Doom 2016, it's just insane! Mick Gordon is a genius.
2 guys 1 mug?
I knew u/spez and the company at large were scummy, but nothing to that extent. One more reason to not use Reddit ever again.
The enemy being both weak and strong at the same time is pure far right rhetoric. Judging by u/spez being a Musk fanboy, I'm not surprised.
Do you plan on putting it on flathub when it's out of beta?
I'm no hardcore gamer but game a lot.
I'm running Nobara KDE, almost any games I throw at it work with no tinkering. Just this afternoon I installed Lies of P demo from Steam, it worked OTT with zero glitch. I have a SSD with Win11 I haven't run in months lol.
They're slow, I vastly prefer Flatpaks.
Ho, there was no doubt they do this time around.
It's kicking my ass but I like it so far.
Let's hope MS push them to use another engine in the future, it's long overdue.
