I mostly play for raiding since this game has the best raiding of any MMO I've played. I've also been playing Final Fantasy games forever, so it's nice to continue that in a different way. I also do a ton of side content, with Blue Mage being my favorite.
I started playing just before ShB came out. My favorite fight is probably DSR.
Add-ons are great since they can fix a lot of QoL issues with the dated/clunky UI.
I would agree that Curtain Call is more interesting than Dominion and UAV 2 but I'm surprised you find P4S P2 the best of the three! I thought it was kinda meh overall myself.
[email protected] is probably your best bet since I think that's the community about Lemmy on the instance run by the Lemmy devs. [email protected] is another option but might be more about running an instance, though I'm not positive.
Now that Pandaemonium is done, what are your thoughts on the raid series?
I started raiding in Eden's Verse so I don't have a ton of experience compared to others. I will say I think as a single tier Anabaseios is the one I've enjoyed the most. 11 is a bit lame and I'm still not a huge fan of body checks, but I absolutely loved 9/10/12. Abyssos was alright, I loved 5 and 8. Asphodelos was kinda meh overall. What did you all think about it?
Sounds like you just haven't had good pho. π€
Trinidad Sour, one of my favorites!
Chemex is my favorite for sure, but I've got a V60 that I use sometimes as well. Cold brew is always great to have around, too.
Oppo for sure. It's the same movement repeated 4x, much simpler. In JP the timing for #6 bait is tight and constantly causes issues. There are slight modifications that can be made to fix that, but then that's another thing people have to remember so it just makes it worse again. Oppo is the way.
This means that 6.45 should be July 18 I think. Can't wait for BLU Eden!
EDIT: I was mistaken and Make It Rain isn't as predictive as Moogle Tomestone events.. so maybe after Fanfest still.
I'm excited for both! RPG will have the nostalgia factor and maybe some extra QOL stuff or content. Wonder is a totally new game which is exciting. It also looked weird which is a win in my book.
Great news! Jerboa is fine for now but it definitely doesn't feel as polished or user-friendly. I'm looking forward to having some more options. I'm following the Artemis development already but I'll be keeping an eye on this for sure.
I sure hope not.
One of our cats does not tolerate the cone at all but was perfectly fine with the donut. :D
There are some cutscenes that are actually different as Lalafell, it's pretty funny.
Share image directly?
I'm used to the flow of seeing an image post -> pressing share button -> selecting chat app -> sharing image directly. Is this possible with Jerboa, and if not is it a feature on the way? I don't like needing to save an image locally first to share or sharing full URLs, so this would be nice for me. :)
Yeah this is why I'm asking because I've noticed it happens across multiple different instances. If it's a known issue then eh whatever I hope they fix it but it's still quite annoying.
Why do I need to click Subscribe twice?
Title. Basically the first press seems to do nothing but the second press actually subscribes. Why is this?
