I think this is the Potomac on the Arlington, VA side looking at Washington DC. Pretty sure that's the Arlington memorial bridge with the Lincoln Memorial at the end and the Washington monument in the distance.

I'm seriously looking forward to the HBO drama about the first election campaign, Jan 6th, the Biden presidency, and then the second campaign in twenty years. It's gonna go so hard.
