isnt it like 3.5 apv
i cant find shit to do on mastodon. bluesky has the feeds which flung the door to folks i like to follow right open. its the better platform- id prefer it if it was decentralized but alas, like you said, thats where the herd wandered
i mean thats all fair. i do hope that if the politics in whatever country you live in take an authoritarian tilt or shift in a way thats openly hostile to you, you dont have to read someone writing that they have no compassion for you. i mean i will survive this, but its not very nice
it did that when I was like 12 and only ever owned that one condom an had quite literally zero chance of getting laid, period. what a stud i was
i think those are coins. condoms have more of a ring shape?
all of my friends voted for harris and many of them campaigned for harris, including myself. no compassion is cool though- also cool to take the time to tell people you're not only lacking in compassion, youre good with out-group homogenity in place of actual thinking. it's also good you're just burying your head in the sand, but take the time to ensure other people know that's what you're doing.
so just sayin theyre not all sparklers on marilyn monroe's finger as she strokes her mink shawl
see?!!?
we live in two separate lemmy realities sir
careful, people on lemmy will attack you for saying anything other than bluesky is bad and that mastodon is the only way forward
you know they're used as a cutting tool
remember back then, ted dibiasi, the million dollar man, was a heel cause rich asshats are heels
very nice. what a fun joke! i enjoyed this post
godspeed
Long-time fans of the seminal melodic hardcore punk band Bad Religion were surprised by the unexpected release of their 18th studio album, “Into The Unknown: Part 2,” which mainly focuses on issues surrounding Medicare.

Off-Brand SPAM Slices with Off-Brand American Cheese Slices, Slightly Burned
I served these on slices of Ryvita Crispbread with Heinz Ketchup. I burned them whilst outside getting a beer. If you would like to see an image of the plating/service presentation I have uploaded a photo here: https://ibb.co/R3d2LJX
Feedback is very welcome. They were actually OK. I paired them with a Kinnegar Crossroads West Coast IPA (6.2 APV) drank straight from the can at first, I then broke down and got a glass.
Bad Religion Cancel 2024 Fall North American Tour Over ‘Unforeseen Family Circumstance’
Bad Religion announced that they've called off their planned 2024 Fall N. American tour due to 'unforeseen family circumstances.'
The article states Graffin has been the only constant member for the band's tenure makes it sound like its just Dr Graffin plus some hired guns IMO. Jay Bently and Brian Baker would like to have a word about this framing. Burn it down!! Burn down Billboard dot com!!!!!!!!

First show of Fall Tour: performing songs from classic albums like "Noo Control"
Last night (September 27), the iconic punks Bad Religion took over The Majestic Ventura Theater in Ventura, California for the first show of their fall
Last night (September 27), the iconic punks Bad Religion took over The Majestic Ventura Theater in Ventura, California for the first show of their fall tour. Originally announced in early August, the tour has Bad Religion bringing Speed of Light on a short string of shows that has the two bands on the road until the end of October. The tour follows a busy summer of festival appearances for Bad Religion with the band making appearances everywhere from Tokyo to Australia. With no festival restrictions, the band pieced together a career-spanning setlist for the first night of their fall tour in Ventura.
Bad Religion tore through classics and B-sides for a night that encompassed their storied career. The band kicked things off with “Epiphany” from their 2002 LP Process of Belief, the band also performed “Sorrow” from the LP. The main focus was on albums like Recipe For Hate and Suffer with four songs from each album taking up room in the setlist. The band performed tracks like “American Jesus” and “Skyscraper” from Recipe For Hate and pulled out “Best For You” and “Do What You Want” off of Suffer. The remainder of the tracklist saw the band sorting through their colorful discography, performing songs from classic albums like Noo Control and more recent releases like 2019’s Age of Unreason.
After a thunderous first show in sunny Ventura, Bad Religion is gearing up for one hell of an autumn. Their next two stops have the band staying in California, hitting Riverside and San Diego before heading up the coast to Eugene, Oregon. The band will be on the road until the end of October and hit cities like Denver, Minneapolis, and New Haven. Check out the full list of dates, setlist, and footage from last night’s show below. This line and "make sure you clean that shit off her tit!!" from Sil when they cut back from the grandeur of Paris make me laugh each and every time.
Any lines anyone else can't stop finding funny?
Adriana chose death over Artie
When Ade realized that Sil was coming not to take her to see her suicidal fiancée but to plug her spine full of automatic rounds, she could have called Artie and asked him to sweep her away to safety. She opted not to do this.
Artie could have taken her to some far flung locale and could have sold his restaurant through a broker from their new home. He would then be able to open a trattoria and she could wait tables. He loved her. He loves her still.
Ade knew all of this, and chose to get in the car, with one of Tony's enforcers, knowing on some level that Sil was going to ventilate her thoroughly. She though about fucking Artie Bucco, thought about getting pulled out of a car by her hair courtesy of Silvio Dante in the forest, and then hopped into that passenger seat. If he only Artie his hair, the woman would probably still be alive.
