That should really be a Black Panther on the bottom right. Fun fact: the Black Panthers arming themselves during the civil rights struggle was a major catalyst for what little gun control the US does have!

I thought it was absolutely hilarious when I was about 13, and honestly, it holds up on a re-watch now, if only because Steve Martin and Dan Aykroyd.
I haven't been on Reddit since the blackout started, and at this point, I have no intention of ever being on Reddit again. And it's been good for me, to be honest. Been reading an actual book again, for the first time in longer than I'd like, been going for walks when I'm bored instead of mindlessly scrolling.
So can confirm - go touch grass, go to your local library! It's good for you, and bad for Reddit. Win-win!
I'm a refugee from the other site, and I'm a trans guy. I'd love to see an equivalent to r/ftmover30 - it was such a good resource for those of us who are older, dealing with adult problems like jobs, marriages, parenting.
So many internet spaces for trans people skew younger - that's not a bad thing, it's just not always super helpful for people transitioning later in life, or who are just simply dealing with different problems that come from being in a different stage of life. It was really nice to have a niche where I could talk about stuff that the young 'uns just can't relate to.
Just popping in to say hello! I'm going to miss the communities on the other site - looking forward to seeing them grow and flourish on Lemmy instead :)
