What are the best cooking hacks you've learned over the years?

  • Mine is kind of bitchy, when searing meat first it always tends to set off the burn alarm or whatever halfway through the pressure cook part. Apparently leaving the fond at the bottom to be released during the rest of the cooking isn't possible.

    While you're waiting on a kbin app, you should know the mobile site is entirely functional as a mobile app. Just make a shortcut for your home screen

  • The PWA made with Firefox does that for me, but making it with chrome doesn't.

    /Kbin on Android(KIWI browser) PWA have the accelerometer always on

  • I came here to say the same thing. The lemmy PWA respects the system auto rotate setting. Kbin does not. I made the PWA using chrome.
